Welcome to Food Dan X A Taste of Haiti in Every Bite
As a child growing up in Haiti, I, ED, was always fascinated by the vibrant flavors and aromas of traditional Haitian cuisine. At the tender age of 12, I knew that I wanted to share this passion with the world. After relocating to the United States, I pursued my dreams, becoming a successful businessman and chef.
Food Dan X, a DBA for Dantan Cuisine and Bar, is the culmination of my lifelong passion for Haitian cuisine. My mission is to bring a taste of home to my fellow Haitians living in the US, while introducing the rich flavors of Haiti to a broader audience.
